Help with PupSaga
For questions about the calculators, saved records, or a problem using the site, email support@pupsaga.com.
Include the page you were using, what you expected, what happened, and your browser or device. A screenshot with personal details removed can help. Please do not send dog-profile backups or private records unless they are needed to explain the issue.
General inquiries and partnerships
For feedback, general questions, or partnership inquiries, email contact@pupsaga.com.
Privacy questions
For questions about website analytics, local records, or information you have emailed us, contact contact@pupsaga.com. Our privacy notice explains how these different types of information are handled.
About your saved records
Dog profiles are saved in this browser, not in a PupSaga account. We cannot retrieve, recover, or transfer a profile from a server. You can export, import, and delete your own records in My Dog.
About a calculation
Each tool includes its calculation method and limitations. See our disclaimer for the scope of these estimates. For questions about your dog’s health, pregnancy, or individual growth, contact your veterinarian.
